Enrollment Process

The enrollment period for families newly matched with Creative Minds through the 2025–26 My School DC lottery is from April 1, 2025, through May 1, 2025. My School DC lottery waitlist offers are made on a rolling basis when a seat becomes available.

Enrollment Requirements

Creative Minds participates in the My School DC common lottery. To enroll, a student must have an active lottery offer from Creative Minds. The enrollment process consists of the following:

  • Complete the Creative Minds enrollment forms (online, in person, or by phone)
  • Provide proof of DC residency and sign the DC residency form
  • Provide a birth certificate and immunization record

Enrollment Options

 

New students—If your child received a spot at Creative Minds, you will receive a welcome email with instructions and a link to our enrollment platform (Check your junk folder if you haven’t received the email). Contact us at  enrollment@creativemindspcs.org if you don’t find the email. 

Returning students will also receive guidance and links via email.
