Thank you for your interest in Creative Minds International Public Charter School!
As a DC public charter school, Creative Minds International is free and open to DC residents. Creative Minds has Early Childhood, Elementary, and Middle School programs and serves preschool through 8th grade students.
Creative Minds accepts applications through My School DC’s common application and lottery process. We give preference to siblings of Creative Minds students, children of staff members, and siblings of students who have been offered a space at our school. Learn more at our Apply page.

Eligibility
You may apply to Creative Minds International PCS if…
You reside in the District of Columbia
Your child is eligible to attend PK3 through 8th grade for the school year 2025-2026.
How To Enroll
The enrollment process consists of the following:
Complete the Creative Minds enrollment forms (online, in person, or by phone)
Provide proof of DC residency and sign the DC residency form
Provide a birth certificate and immunization record
Take A Tour
Creative Minds is excited to offer in-person tours for prospective families from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on school days. Advanced registration is required. Families may schedule a tour at the button below. If your family has an active My School DC lottery offer, we will work to accommodate your schedule for a tour.
